Help Wanted: Searching for Online EduTech Grad School Database…Have you seen it?
Last year, I found this really great online database for educational technology graduate programs. No, not one of those general gradschool.com thingies—-a real one developed and maintained by eduTechgEEks in higher eductaion.
The name? …I can not remember.
The main institution heading the project?…A complete blur.
I do recall NYU (of course) being one of the schools in the database.
Also, I know a requirement of being in this database was that each higher ed institution had to appoint a liason between their university and those developing the site.
The database was well organized and had personal pages for each institution included. It read more like a feature analysis chart of each program with comparisons on tuition, program duration, types of degrees, foci, etc….
Hmmmmm….ring a bell?!
If so, drop me the URL via a reply to this post. Greatly appreciated.

DDN: Digital Divide Network
Quick Post: Interested in learning about the digital divide or how to combat digital literacy in your community (or workplace)?…Check out the DDN.
I do a lil’ blogging on this site as well, but really I use it to stay up on many of the digital literacy news and initiatives going on worldwide. It is such a great network of technology professionals, many in education, who recognize a problem and seek solutions. One day, within next year or so, I hope to have a better clue as to what digital divide issue I will be dedicating my career and non-profit initiatives toward.
In the meantime… http://www.digitaldivide.net
